HYDRATE YOUR BODY - JUST WATER IS NOT ENOUGH

The average athlete loses 1-3 liters of sweat per hour during physical activity. Sweat is primarily made up of water, but it also contains electrolytes that play a vital role in the body. Sodium and chloride are the most abundant electrolytes in sweat, with potassium, magnesium, and calcium present in lower amounts.

What minerals and especially how many do we lose when we sweat?

  • Sodium (460-1840mg per 1 liter of sweat)
  • Chloride (710-2840mg/l)
  • Potassium (160-390 mg/l))
  • Magnesium (0-36mg/l)
  • Calcium (0-120 mg/l)

Of course, the environment in which a person plays sports, the duration of physical activity, the athlete's weight or genetic predisposition to sweating all play a role.

HYDRATION PULSE is designed to replenish electrolytes and nutrients lost during physical activity, hot weather, saunas, illness or other situations where excessive fluid loss occurs.

Our product contains 1999mg of minerals , which will not only support high-level sports performance, but can also be used in everyday life to replenish electrolytes that are difficult to obtain through regular diet.

Complex hydration in an 8.4g stick.

  • Salt (NaCl)

Salt is an essential electrolyte that ensures the proper balance of fluids in the body. During physical activity and sweating, we lose sodium, which can lead to dehydration and disrupt normal muscle and nerve function. The sodium in the hydration drink helps maintain electrolyte balance and regulates hydration.

  • Potassium (K)

Potassium is another important electrolyte that we lose during exercise and sweat. It helps maintain proper muscle and nerve activity, which is essential for muscle contraction and heart rhythm. A lack of potassium can cause cramps and fatigue.

  • Magnesium (Mg)

Magnesium promotes muscle relaxation, which is key during physical activity when the muscles are stressed. This mineral is also important for energy metabolism and improves the absorption of ascorbic acid (vitamin C).

  • Vitamin B-Complex

B-complex vitamins such as B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12 are essential for converting food into energy. These vitamins support the nervous system, help with the formation of red blood cells and ensure that the body has enough energy for physical activity.

  • Vitamin C from Acerola

Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that supports the immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress. During physical activity and increased energy consumption, the body is more exposed to free radicals, which is why it is important that there is a sufficient supply of vitamin C.

  • Dextrose

Dextrose is a simple sugar that provides quick energy. During intense physical activity, we quickly use up energy, and dextrose helps to quickly replace this loss and restore an energetic state.
